Meet Lauren & Mikey Curran, owners of Purple Door Properties

Lauren and Mikey Curran have been members of the Crested Butte community for more than 16 years, contributing in many ways, including landscaping, ski instruction, videography, and professional painting. Their experiences have helped them forge meaningful connections throughout the Valley. Inspired by a commitment to create a lasting legacy for their family and to embrace the unique opportunities stemming from these relationships, they established their own property management company.

In 2022, after successfully building their home in Buckhorn Ranch, they launched Purple Door Properties. As locals, Lauren and Mikey have cultivated strong partnerships with subcontractors and local resources, ensuring that your home runs smoothly and that projects are carried out efficiently. Their mission is to meet your property management needs with informed, professional solutions.
